Another a VERY simple Indian breakfast recipe!
- Bread – any type to taste – 2 pieces per sandwich
- Potato, boiled and mashed
- Any sauce of your choice
- Spices and salt to taste
- Mix mashed potatoes with spices and salt;
- Spread a sauce on the bread pieces;
- Place mashed potatoes on the bread and cover it with another piece of bread;
- Bake sandwiches in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or roast them on a pan without oil from both sides.
*Depending on the bread and sauce choices these sandwiches can be really different so you can experiment with them a lot!
