This recipe is very easy and fast. You can have it as a snack or for breakfast as well.


  • Apply ketchup or pizza paste on bread slices;
  • Chop onions and capsicum, mix it;
  • Add sweet corns/ mushrooms/ olives – to your taste. You can also add chopped/ sliced tomatoes is you wish;
  • Add salt, black paper and other spices to taste to vegetables. If you want to make it spicy, you can add fresh green chili or/and red chili powder as well;
  • Apply vegetable mixture on a bread;
  • Add grated cheese on the top of it;
  • Put bread toasts to oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
