Papaya-banana milkshake

This is a healthy and incredibly delicious milkshake recipe!


  • 100 g of papaya;
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 glass of cold milk (vegan milk if desired);
  • 1 tbsp of honey or sugar – to your choice;
  • 2-3 tbsp of ice cream – to taste;
  • Nuts & dry fruits – to taste;
  • Coconut flakes – to taste

*Skip ice cream & sugar if you want your milkshake to be healthier/ if you are on a diet


  • Cut papaya, remove the seeds and skin from it;
  • Peel banana cover, add it to a blender and blend till smooth condition (you need to blend banana without anything first – like this you can get a smooth banana puree);
  • Then add papaya to a blender and blend papaya and banana together;
  • Add milk, honey and ice cream (if adding), blend everything very well;
  • Poor the milkshake in a glass;
  • Add coconut flakes, dry fruits, nuts to taste on the top of your milkshake;
  • Cool in refrigerator for a while if required;
  • Your milkshake is ready.
