Vegetable soup

Healthy, easy and fast in cooking recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 potato – cut in medium pieces
  • 1/2 carrot – cut in small pieces
  • 3 tbsp of frozen corn
  • 1 cup of cauliflower – cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and black paper – to taste
  • 1 liter of water

Recipe:

  • Fry onion until it burns golden-brown. Then add carrots and fry it for few minutes as well. But frying is not necessary in this recipe (it just adds the taste some different notes) – if you want you soup to be perfectly healthy, you can skip frying at all;
  • Put all the vegetables in a pan, add water and spices;
  • Boil until the vegetables are cooked, mixing occasionally;
  • Your soup is ready!
