Spinach Pancakes

This recipe is healthy, gluten-free, fast vegan breakfast recipe


-Cut the spinach;

-Mix gram flour (or other flour of your wish) with water in a slightly liquid consistency;

-Add spinach to the mixture;

-Add spices to taste;

-Apply on the pan in a thin layer;

-Fry from both the sides until it’s cooked well.

Pancakes are ready!
