Very tasty and easy recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh red chili – crushed – optional;
  • 2 garlic cloves – crushed;
  • 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts;
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar;
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp of tamarind sauce;
  • 1 cup of grated raw papaya;
  • 1/4 cup of grated carrots;
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes – cut in halves (or 1-2 normal tomatoes, cut in small pieces);
  • Salt – to taste

Recipe:

  • Mix 1 tbsp of peanuts, garlic, red chili and crush them;
  • Add lemon juice, brown sugar and sauces, mix well;
  • Add 1 tbsp of uncrushed peanuts and all other ingredients, mix it very well;
  • You can serve it on lettuce leaves if you wish.
