Another a VERY simple modern Indian breakfast recipe!
- Bread – any type, according to your taste – 2 pieces per sandwich
- Potato (boiled and mushed)
- Ketchup/ any other sauce – according to your taste
- Spices to taste
- Mix mushed potatoes with spices;
- Spread the desired sauce over the bread;
- Gently place mushed potatoes on the bread and cover it with another piece of bread;
- Bake sandwiches in toaster or preheated oven for 5-7 minutes (until the bread turns golden);
- Your breakfast is ready.
*If you pre-boil potatoes before cooking sandwiches, they can be prepared very quickly;
*Depending on what bread and sauce you use, the sandwiches can be very different, which means you can experiment with their composition more than once!
