Another a VERY simple Indian breakfast recipe!



  • Bread – any type to taste – 2 pieces per sandwich
  • Potato, boiled and mashed
  • Any sauce of your choice
  • Spices and salt to taste


  • Mix mashed potatoes with spices and salt;
  • Spread a sauce on the bread pieces;
  • Place mashed potatoes on the bread and cover it with another piece of bread;
  • Bake sandwiches in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or roast them on a pan without oil from both sides.

*Depending on the bread and sauce choices these sandwiches can be really different so you can experiment with them a lot!
