Very easy and fast in cooking vegetarian snack

Recipe:

  • Apply ketchup/ tomato paste/ other sauce of your choice on bread slices (2 slices per sandwich);
  • Chop onions, capsicum, tomatoes and greenery to taste. You can aslo add sweet corns/ mushrooms/ olives/ paneer (cottage cheese) – anything you wish but what doesn’t require a long cooking;
  • Add salt, black paper and other spices to taste to the vegetable mix. If you want to make it spicy, you can add fresh green chili or/ and red chili powder as well;
  • Mix the vegetables with spices well and apply the mixture on half of the bread slices;
  • Add grated cheese on the top of the vegetables;
  • Cover it with the second half of the bread slices;
  • Send your sandwiches to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
