Paneer Bhurji is very easy and fast Indian main course dish.

To prepare Paneer Bhurji you need:
- Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
- Paneer (cottage cheese) – 100 grams (scrambled/ mashed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- Peas – 50 grams
- Ginger-garlic paste (or grated ginger and garlic) – a little bit
- Green chili (1 chopped) – to taste
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp – to taste
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala (you can skip it if you can’t find it in your country)
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander/ other greenery – to taste
Recipe:
- Heat the pan with oil;
- Add cumin seeds, roast it for a minute;
- Add onion, green chili and ginger-garlic paste, cook it until it turns golden-brown;
- Add tomatoes and cook it until it’s soft;
- Add all the spices except salt and cook it for 2 minutes;
- Add peas and cook it for 5 minutes;
- Add paneer, mix everything well, add salt and cook it for 5 more minutes;
- When it’s ready, add greenery on top of it.
