Homemade bread without yeast

Such bread is healthy, fast in cooking and at the same time almost does not differ from the store bread!


  • Wheat flour (or any other whole grain flour) – 200 g;
  • Refined wheat flour (if you do not want to add refined flour, you can make bread from whole grain flour only, and vice versa, if you do not want to add whole grain flour – you can make it from only refined flour) – 200 g;
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp;
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp;
  • Wheat bran – 1-2 tbsp – to taste;
  • Seeds (sunflower/ flax seeds/ sesame seeds) – to taste;
  • Raisins – cut or grind – to taste;
  • Unsweetened yogurt – 100 ml;
  • Milk – 100 ml;
  • Cooking oil – 2 tbsp


  • Turn on the oven;
  • Sift the flour;
  • In one bowl add both the types of flour, 1/2 tsp of soda, wheat bran, salt, seeds and raisins;
  • Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly;
  • Put 1 tbsp of oil on the baking form in a thin layer and sprinkle it with a small amount of flour;
  • In different bowl mix yogurt, milk, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp of baking soda;
  • Quickly pour liquid ingredients into a bowl with dry ingredients, mix everything very well (but quickly) and pour the dough into the baking form;
  • Bake it for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius;
  • The bread is ready.
