Overall the guest house was fine, though seemed little expensive for it’s price (1800 rubles per night). But considering it was a summer season and a resort city, it’s OK. Also the location was quite good – 5-10 minutes walking to the beach.

“Park City” didn’t have a proper reception, which seemed strange: the manager was just using her computer right in the cafe, where she has also scanned our documents and took the payments.
The rooms were fine but bed shits and towels were looking quite old (although clean). The rooms didn’t have the toiletries, slippers, hair dryer but had air conditioning and TV.
The cafe had very cheap prices. We didn’t have breakfast included in the price of our room but there was a possibility to buy a complex breakfast of 3 dishes: pancakes, porridge and omelette + coffee/ tea for just 200 rubles (but if you are a vegetarian like me and my husband, you can buy your breakfast for even cheaper, though you will have less options there). The cafe soled snacks and ice-cream as well.
Outside the room we have had a small kitchenette with the plates, fridge and electric kettle available, but no stove to cook. So you can prepare tea/coffee and some sandwiches, salads or instant food there yourself, but not a proper food.
The manager was friendly to us, though didn’t seem very talkative. She could speak just a little bit of English (I am Russian, so it wasn’t a problem), but if you are a foreigner with nobody Russian traveling with you, you would have to use a Google translator, I suppose 🙂 Also this guest house doesn’t make registration for foreigners, keep it in mind.
