Easy Indian vegan breakfast recipe

Ingredients (for 4-6 toasts):

  • 4-6 pieces of bread;
  • 3/4 cup of gram floor;
  • 1/2 cup of water;
  • 1 onion – finely chopped;
  • 1 capsicum – finely chopped;
  • 1 tomato – finely chopped;
  • 1 green chili – finely chopped, to taste;
  • A little bit of fresh greenery – to taste;
  • Salt – to taste;
  • Spices (black pepper, red pepper, oregano, etc.) – to taste;
  • 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil


  • Mix gram floor with water;
  • Add all the spices and vegetables;
  • Heat a pan with oil;
  • Apply gram floor-vegetable mix on a bread piece from one or both sides (how you wish);
  • Fry it on medium flame, flip if you applied a floor from both sides;
  • Do it for all the toasts.
