A delicious, healthy and simple vegan recipe, perfect for breakfast!



  • 1 cup of gram flour
  • 1/2 cup of refined flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Coriander or other greenery (chopped) – to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of red chili powder – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil


  • Mix all dry ingredients;
  • Add 2 cups of water to it and mix it very well;
  • Add vegetables, mix well;
  • Heat the pan with oil;
  • Pour the mixture on the pan NOT in a thin layer;
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes;
  • Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 5 minutes, also covered;
  • The dish is ready.
