VERY tasty and VERY easy & fast vegan recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g of wheat flour (whole wheat or refined – to taste)/ can mix it with oatmeal in halves as well;
  • 3 bananas – mashed;
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder;
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda;
  • 1/4 tsp of salt;
  • 40-50g of honey;
  • 20-30g of raisins – to taste;
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon – to taste;
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil

Recipe:

  • Switch on the oven on 250 degrees Celsius so that it would get hot while you are making the dough;
  • In a bowl mix mashed bananas, honey and 1.5 tbsp of oil;
  • Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, mix well;
  • Add a flour to the bowl, blend the dough with blender very well;
  • Add raisins to the dough, mix it;
  • Spread the rest of the oil on a baking form and sprinkle it with a pinch of flour;
  • Put the dough to a baking form and send the form in the oven;
  • Bake the bread for 20-25 minutes;
  • Your banana bread is ready. Bon Appetit!
