Very easy and healthy recipe!


  • 1-2 potatoes – cut in medium pieces
  • 1 carrot – cut in medium pieces
  • 1 small beetroot – to taste – cut in small pieces
  • 150 grams of broccoli – separate in florets
  • 1 onion – sliced
  • 2 tomatoes – cut in medium pieces
  • 50 grams of frozen corn
  • A little bit of grated ginger and garlic/ ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 table spoons of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Greenery to taste

  • Cut and mix all the vegetables;
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, spices and 1 tbsp of oil to it;
  • Mix everything well and leave it for 30 minutes to marinate;
  • Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius temperature;
  • Add the remaining oil on oven-tray (so your vegetables won’t stick to it), put vegetables on tray;
  • Put your vegetables in oven and bake it for 40-45 minutes;
  • Your baked healthy mixed vegetables are ready!
